Lee’s Summit based artist Hollie Stuhlman has created art since she was a little girl. Creating gives her a sparkle. It’s her glitter. It’s her happy place.

Although best known for her stunning, dimensional crystal infused, geode inspired artwork & colorful, fun, funky & eclectic abstract artwork, her passion for creativity has no limits. She often incorporates up-cycled materials, textiles, and various mixed media into her work — the more dimension, texture and experimenting, the more interesting the piece becomes. Hollie finds inspiration from the simplicity and beauty of nature, bold colors and roaming around her local hardware store.

Each work of art is crafted to her perfection with a little bit of her heart and soul. No two pieces are exactly alike or completely flawless. It is what gives her work character & charm.

Hollie’s work is handcrafted often late at night in her home studio; a charming, quaint 1920’s bungalow with mosaic front steps she adorned with vintage china from her grandmother and an adorable front porch she loves to decorate.

Hollie’s passions don’t stop with art, her most favorite passion is being a mom to her son and she enjoys urban beekeeping. Hollie’s day job is in healthcare program management where she just celebrated her 25th year with the company.

While Hollie may be creating well into the wee hours of the night, it’s her happy place. It brings her joy to create something beautiful to be gifted, commissioned or just because. Each of her creations are meant to be appreciated, treasured, one of a kind and make you happy!
